Bolivia: Organic Caranavi FTO, La Paz Department
Super sweet caramel, milk chocolate, rounded but heavy body with mild orange acidity in the undertones makes this an extremely balanced cup that is versatile and can be used for drip, cold brew, or a single origin espresso. Probably best roasted to a nice medium.
Ethiopia: Shantawene Abore G1, Sidamo
Cupping notes: Black Tea, Lemongrass, Apricot. Clean and complex, juicy acidity with a sweet finish.
Kenya: Peaberry Plus 15/16, Kirinyaga County
Clean and well balanced with a smooth medium body, crisp and vibrant acidity and a sweet brown sugar aroma with flavor notes of orange, blackberry, grapefruit and nectarine.
Nicaragua: Finca La Rubia SHB, Jinotega
Brown sugar aroma, sweet and lingering chocolatey aftertaste and crisp acidity with notes of citrus, orange, peach, and dark chocolate.
