When you think of some of the best coffee in the world, you think of Panama––specifically, the Geisha variety. However, Panama’s Boquette wash-processed beans should not be discounted, as they’re also grown in Boquette Valley’s nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Every step from the first sprout to patio drying is done at 1,200 to 1,400 meters altitude. Taste and find out why Panama is affectionately called “The Bean Belt!”
Cupping Notes:This well-balanced coffee opens with sweet vanilla, brown sugar, and honey aromas. The smooth, medium body carries vibrant acidity with notes of peach, citrus, and dark chocolate, culminating in a sweet floral finish.
