Our Antigua bean is washed, sun-dried, and hand-sorted in the modernized Pastores mill up to 1,600 meters above sea level on small farms. Coming from one of the world’s top coffee-growing regions––Guatemala––the quality control is impeccable, with only the absolute cream of the crop chosen for export. It’s one of the most sought-after coffees in Antigua because it can handle a variety of roast styles, it has a lively, fruity flavor profile, and the perfect amount of acidity.

Cupping Notes: The aroma is rich, dark, chocolate, classic on the nose. The acidity is low to medium, and the body is full. This is a very balanced cup. The flavor is subtle, dark, mocha notes, and rich.
