I am new to coffee roasting, so a sample pack was the way to go. I have to say, even as a novice, I was able to get solid roasts and wonderful flavors from all of the coffees! Loved them all, but the Bolivian and Brazilian edged out the others slightly in my book. Don’t hesitate to give these a try…you won’t be sorry!

Got a sample pack for my friend and he started to get into roasting. The coffee was amazing and I will definitely be buying again!

Delicious, fun to roast and better than I want to afford in a store or coffee shop.
First time buying green beans and roasting. I've roasted 4 of the 5 South American samples and if there's a problem i bet its with the guy roasting the beans. I'm using a heat gun and it's taking too long to get to 1st crack. So I'll work on speeding up the HOUR roasting time up a lot. Some say the flavor should be flat by then but they taste good to great to me and to those I've shared shared with (one is Brazilian and truly loves his coffee). For the South America samples the Brazil (Sweet Yellow) is my favorite I still have Peru (La Florida) to roast.
I'll be looking to make other purchases when i get through a couple of the Central American sample bags.

This A blend that aren't commonly found on the shelf of coffee aisles and cafe roast specials. I've find as a new consumer or organic this allows me to consume more eco-friendly products without feeling guilty. I appreciate the ambition dignified, in providing mixed samples and also giving consideration to help environment!
