After my original roasting chamber developed a crack, (after almost a year of pretty much daily use) I jumped on CBC ‘s site & ordered a new one. The fast turn around time was greatly appreciated! Priced right too!

Came with the roasting chamber in shambles. After a quick email, I had replacement in less than 48 hours.
Roaster is quiet and fast when compared to my old roaster. Hoping it holds up as well, have had old one 18 years...lots of roasts.
Looking forward to years of first quality morning coffee!

Works fine. For how long is the issue. Mine broke during a roast. The models upgrade quickly so I got an extra one.
